One for the height lovers, this tall gyuto has been made for us by Knot Handcrafted to give  additional clearance and high performance thanks to the flat grind and 52100 core this is another quality knife from Knot Handcrafted. 

As with all Knot Handcrafted knives, the finish is beautiful and this gyuto has a subtle horizontal hairline finish running the length of the blade and unique "tiger stripe" vertical indentations along the spine that certainly catch the eye. 

Fitted with a rounded octagonal walnut handle this is a fantastic all rounder for those seeking a bit more height over a traditional gyuto.
