How to use
For regular care, a few passes on the honing rod followed by the leather strop to remove any micro burrs on your blade are enough to keep your knife edge in great condition with minimal effort. Over time, as your blade dulls, the 1000/6000 sharpening stone is the perfect tool to bring it back and then finish with the honing rod and strop.
Applying camellia oil periodically to your blade will help create a protective layer. Simply spray a little on your blade and carefully rub in with a paper towel.
Sometimes, carbon steel can develop rust spots if it's not been fully dried - don't worry, it's quite normal and not damaging to your knife. Please note the rust eraser is an abrasive tool so use with care.
